Haa.su Terms of Use

The service owner and personal data controller is **the owner of the haa.su

domain name**.

Haa.su provides short links, QR codes, user-created pages, catalogues, orders,

online booking, feedback forms and chat. HTTPS destinations may use an

interstitial before redirect. Unencrypted HTTP destinations are not embedded in

the trusted Haa.su interface; the visitor is warned and may open them through a

top-level navigation.

Users are responsible for submitted URLs, page content, images, product and

service information, prices, personal data obtained through their pages, and

third-party rights. Phishing, malware, impersonation, unlawful content,

processing personal data without a lawful basis, arbitrary executable code and

tracking pixels are prohibited.

Accounts require an email address and password. Users must protect their

credentials. Deleted page codes may remain reserved. Page passwords are stored

only as password hashes and cannot be recovered by the service.

Some functions may require a subscription or an individually granted premium

feature. The page owner remains responsible for lawful fulfilment of orders,

bookings, messages and requests received through the page.

The service and third-party resources are provided as available. Liability is

limited only to the extent permitted by mandatory law. Analytics cookies are

optional and are not loaded before a separate choice. Google Analytics remains

disabled unless its legal and technical requirements are separately satisfied.
